headache is one of the most common conditions that affects many of us. But
instead of reaching for painkillers, try using a natural method to get instant relief. Now a day everyone likes to drink green
tea, Green tea helps to make body fit and feel fresh. Greej tea, Ginger and cinnamon powder will help to reduce headache pain. Later i will share the details about green

Green
Tea and Lemon for Headache:
1 cup of warm boil
Place a green tea bag into it
Take a 1/2 lemon and sqeeze it
Stir well and drink it
Cinnamon Powder for Headache:
2 tsp of cinnamon powder.
Add water and make it as paste
Mix well and apply it on forehead.
Ginger for Headache:
Take 1/2 fresh ginger
Crush in on water.
Boil the water for few minutes
Filter and drink the water to get instant
relief.
Note : You can use milk instead of water.
Ginger Inhaler for Headache:
Add ginger powder to hot boiled water
Inhale the vapours of ginger
Food to avoid during headache
Food items like chocolate, sour
cream, nuts, peanut butter and caffeinated beverages like coffee, tea or cola,
can trigger headaches. Avoid them if they give you a headache.
